User Experience Designer

About the role

MedWrite.ai is seeking a User Experience Designer to join its remote team. You will help create intuitive digital tools that reduce administrative burden for healthcare professionals and improve patient care through AI‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and clinical stakeholders to gather user requirements.
• Design user flows, wireframes, and high‑fidelity prototypes that simplify complex clinical documentation workflows.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on real user feedback.
• Maintain design consistency across the product suite using established design systems.
• Document design decisions and hand off assets to development teams.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of professional experience in UX or product design.
• Strong understanding of usability principles and ability to translate complex processes into simple interfaces.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Interest in healthcare, artificial intelligence, and creating products with measurable impact.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma or comparable design tools.
