Visualization Technology Specialist – Amman

About the role

WSP Middle East is looking for a Visualization Technology Specialist to join its Amman office. You will create photorealistic 3D renderings, immersive AR/VR experiences, and visual storytelling content that communicates design intent across architecture and engineering projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full CGI production workflow: modeling, lighting, texturing, shading, look development, scene management, compositing and post‑production.
• Produce photorealistic 3D renderings, animations, and visualizations for interiors, exteriors, masterplans and infrastructure.
• Develop real‑time rendering and immersive environments using Unreal Engine, Twinmotion and other AR/VR platforms for design reviews and client engagement.
• Create branded presentation decks that combine renders, diagrams and narrative storytelling.
• Support the design team with UI/UX layout and prototype creation for dashboards, interactive kiosks and AR/VR applications.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and consultants to ensure visual consistency with project branding and technical accuracy.
• Research and apply AI‑driven visualization tools such as ComfyUI to improve workflow efficiency.

• Ability to master and integrate multiple software platforms to deliver cutting‑edge solutions.
