About the role
Join the Sheraton team in Amman as a Guest Service Expert, delivering memorable dining experiences for guests. You will be responsible for setting the tone of service, ensuring food and drinks are served promptly, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, greet guests, and take food and beverage orders.
- Communicate orders to the kitchen and monitor timely delivery.
- Interact with guests to ensure a pleasant and memorable dining experience.
- Handle guest payments, process bills accurately, and manage cash transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, service stations, and work surfaces throughout the shift.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance) and perform physical tasks safely.
- Professional appearance, clear communication, and adherence to company policies.
