FORM, a leading uniform designer and manufacturer in the Middle East, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the efficient operation of its warehouse. The role involves managing inventory, storage, and distribution of fabrics, accessories, and finished products while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inventory, storage, and distribution of raw materials and finished goods.
• Supervise warehouse staff, schedule daily tasks, and ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular audits.
• Optimize warehouse layout and ensure proper handling of materials.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and procurement teams.
• Monitor shipments, deliveries, and order fulfillment.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
• Attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination capabilities.
• Capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
