Wealth Management & Private Banking Relationship Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Wealth Management & Private Banking Relationship Manager to serve high‑net‑worth (HNW) clients across the region. You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering a full suite of financial services and driving growth through new and existing relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Service new and existing HNW clients, offering comprehensive financial products and solutions.
• Develop and execute plans to acquire new client relationships and expand existing ones.
• Achieve sales and revenue targets while maintaining best‑practice service standards.
• Increase share‑of‑wallet and cross‑sell ratios across the client base.
• Provide proactive, high‑quality customer service through calls and visits.
• Maintain and grow onshore and offshore private banking relationships, including cross‑border accounts.
• Adhere to private banking service quality standards, policies, and regulatory guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
• Relevant professional certifications.
• Minimum 4 years of relationship‑management and sales experience in financial or investment products within a leading bank.
• Proven track record of building relationships and closing business.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
