Account Executive – B2B IT Sales

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Account Executive with 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in the IT or software sector. You will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals to drive revenue growth across our target market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, events, cold calling and partnerships.
• Map customer organisations, pinpoint key stakeholders and assess account potential.
• Conduct discovery meetings, coordinate demos with pre‑sales and consulting teams, and manage the full sales cycle from prospect to contract signature.
• Prepare commercial and technical proposals in collaboration with pre‑sales, technical and delivery teams.
• Lead negotiations, handle objections and competitive situations, and close deals while maintaining target margins.
• Develop long‑term relationships, identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities, and ensure smooth handover to delivery teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• 3–5 years of ERP, CRM or enterprise software sales experience.
• Proven experience selling Microsoft Dynamics 365, ERP, CRM or similar business applications.
• Strong understanding of finance, supply‑chain, manufacturing, retail or services processes.
• Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
• Existing network within the Jordanian business community and experience managing enterprise and mid‑market accounts.
