Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality support via phone, online chat, and social media, addressing client inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with internal departments to maintain service excellence at every touchpoint.
• Assist clients with trading‑related queries, offering guidance and resolving issues for smooth operations.

Required profile

• Strong passion for sales and genuine interest in financial markets and trading.
• Flexible availability to work varied hours for a global client base.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Knowledge of financial instruments such as CFDs, shares, forex, commodities, cryptocurrencies, and indices (nice to have).
• Desire for continuous learning in a rapidly evolving financial landscape.
