Regional Sales Manager

About the role

As a Regional Sales Manager in Gas Services, you will represent Siemens Energy to position it as the leading service provider in the gas market. You will build strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive customer satisfaction across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Implement sales strategies defined by the sales team and management to achieve targets.
• Lead customer negotiations and manage the internal Limits of Authority process.
• Support new business models, decarbonisation and digital solutions for rotating equipment and power plants.
• Work closely with commercial and proposal teams to review cost estimates and ensure profitable project delivery.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, with ability to work in an international environment.
• Strong negotiation abilities and analytical skills for cost and profit analysis.
• Strategic thinker with value‑added selling expertise and resilience under pressure.
