Admixture Systems Manager

About the role

Sika, a specialty chemicals company active in bonding, sealing, damping, reinforcing and protection for the building sector and industry, is looking for an Admixture Systems Manager in Amman. The objective is to market and sell Sika products to achieve the organisation's targets, with a focus on the construction systems market.

Key responsibilities

• Search for new clients who can benefit from Sika Jordan products and maximise client potential in a designated region
• Visit potential clients and maintain existing customer relationships, including regular visits to consultants
• Prepare daily and weekly plans and daily reports, and attend monthly sales meetings
• Provide pre-sales technical assistance, product education and technical presentations, and arrange samples through the Technical and Logistics departments
• Negotiate payment terms, collect payments and coordinate delivery arrangements with customers and the Logistics department
• Offer after-sales support, collect customer feedback and keep records of customer requirements for management
• Monitor competitor activity and market pricing trends and report key findings to management
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets and KPIs agreed with the General Sales Manager
• Follow EHS principles as an example to all employees and carry out any additional tasks requested by supervisors

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Focus on the construction systems market
