AI Innovation & Venture – Senior Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Associate to join PwC’s AI Innovation & Venture team in Jordan. The role supports the intake, assessment and development of AI‑focused ideas and startups, helping shape the firm’s AI strategy and venture initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support idea intake by documenting new AI and technology concepts and preparing Gate 1 assessment materials.
• Assist in drafting business cases, including writing sections and compiling qualification documents.
• Maintain pipeline dashboards, trackers and templates for idea intake and governance reporting.
• Research regional AI startups, conduct screening, prepare profiles and coordinate related events.
• Track startup engagement progress and support the AI startup incubator activities.

Required profile

• 2–4+ years of experience in consulting, innovation, technology, venture or startup ecosystems.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage trackers, follow up on actions and maintain process discipline.
