Application Support Engineer (.NET & Angular)

About the role

We are looking for an Application Support Engineer with strong .NET and Angular expertise to join our on‑site team in Amman. The successful candidate will provide technical assistance for our software applications, ensuring smooth operation and rapid issue resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver application support for .NET and Angular based solutions.
• Handle voice and non‑voice support tickets from end‑users.
• Participate in a 24/7 rotating shift schedule to guarantee continuous coverage.
• Assist with database and integration support activities as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Comfortable working in both voice and non‑voice support environments.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts covering 24 hours.

Required skills

• .NET development and troubleshooting.
• Angular front‑end development.
