Architect II

About the role

The Architect II will support the Senior Architect and Design Manager in delivering high‑quality architectural designs from concept through construction documentation for projects in the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project design activities, from early stage concepts to detailed construction documents.
• Maintain design quality standards and adhere to project deadlines.
• Coordinate BIM models, ensure BIM quality, and follow the project BIM Execution Plan.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (civil, structure, MEP, interior design, landscape, etc.) to resolve design challenges.
• Participate in design code reviews, material and system selection, and preparation of deliverables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 4 years of architectural design experience, including at least 1 year in the GCC region.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, project delivery, and basic building codes.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in BIM processes and workflows.
• Experience producing architectural drawings, reports, and graphical presentations.
