Assistant Manager / Manager – FAAS Transaction Accounting & Capital Markets

About the role

EY is seeking an Assistant Manager and a Manager to join its Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) team in Amman. You will lead complex advisory engagements in transaction accounting and capital markets, supporting the growth of the practice.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in and lead client engagements across financial and non‑financial sectors.
• Develop and execute FAAS strategies that address risk and meet client expectations.
• Ensure deliverables are client‑focused, clear, accurate, and well‑presented.
• Collaborate with engagement teams to understand client needs and manage resources effectively.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• 4‑6 years of relevant experience for Assistant Manager or 7‑8 years for Manager.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CA, or ACCA.
• Big 4 audit or advisory experience and industry‑specific knowledge.
