Assistant Manager – Product (Hotel Supply Platform)

About the role

Almosafer is seeking an Assistant Manager – Product to join its Platform Product team. You will help build and enhance the hotel‑supply platform that powers supplier connectivity, booking reliability and supply intelligence across the Almosafer ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Support onboarding of new hotel suppliers by collaborating with engineering and supplier teams, understanding APIs, booking flows and inventory structures.
• Analyze booking failures, API errors and availability gaps to identify root causes and drive platform improvements.
• Write Product Requirement Documents, user stories, acceptance criteria and release documentation; work closely with Engineering throughout discovery, development, testing and rollout.
• Build dashboards and monitor KPIs using SQL, Excel or Tableau; validate hypotheses with data and communicate insights.
• Contribute to AI‑driven automation initiatives that increase platform efficiency.

Required profile

• Curious, analytical and highly motivated with a passion for solving ambiguous platform problems.
• Enjoys working with APIs and large data sets to build systems that operate at scale.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with Engineering, Supplier Management, Operations, Finance, Customer Experience and Data teams.
