Assistant Venue Manager

About the role

Join a leading hotel within the Accor network and contribute to delivering professional, friendly, and engaging service. You will lead the Food & Beverage outlet team, ensuring high standards and a memorable guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the F&B outlet team and ensure service standards are followed.
• Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and balancing operational, administrative, and colleague needs.
• Attend departmental meetings and maximize revenues through strategic communication with F&B teams.
• Maintain full knowledge of outlet menus and follow safety, sanitation, and outlet policies.
• Support other F&B functions and cover duties in the absence of team members.

Required profile

• Previous Food and Beverage leadership experience.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Highly responsible, reliable, and able to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑oriented with a focus on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.

Required skills

• Experience with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications.
