Automotive Sales Administrator

About the role

Al Bustanji Motors is seeking a detail‑oriented Automotive Sales Administrator to support the Lynk & Co brand. The role ensures smooth processing of sales documentation, vehicle delivery and coordination between multiple internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Lynk & Co sales team.
• Prepare, verify and follow up on sales documents, customer files, invoices, contracts and delivery paperwork.
• Coordinate with finance, registration, logistics, warehouse and after‑sales departments to align processes.
• Maintain up‑to‑date sales reports, vehicle status, customer records and CRM/system data.
• Track vehicle availability, reservations, payments and delivery schedules.
• Ensure all customer files are complete, accurate and compliant with internal procedures.
• Follow up on pending approvals, documents and internal requirements.
• Assist the brand manager and sales team with ad‑hoc administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Mandatory automotive industry experience.
• Previous role as Sales Admin, Sales Coordinator, Showroom Admin or similar.
• Strong knowledge of automotive sales processes, vehicle registration, invoicing and delivery documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow‑up capabilities.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sales transactions simultaneously.
• Organised, professional and reliable.
