Sales Customer Support (Hybrid, Amman)

About the role

Checkpoint Store is seeking a full‑time Sales Customer Support specialist to join its growing team in Amman. The position is hybrid, allowing a mix of office presence and remote work, and focuses on delivering an excellent purchase experience for puzzle enthusiasts.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Provide detailed product information and guide customers in selecting suitable puzzles.
• Process orders, manage returns and exchanges, and resolve issues promptly.
• Document and track all customer interactions, escalating technical or complex cases as needed.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and marketing to support promotions and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Gather feedback to improve products, services, and internal processes.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑facing abilities with a focus on professional issue resolution.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and clear communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Basic technical support knowledge for order and platform queries.
• Analytical mindset to identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.
• Proactive, organized, and able to handle multiple requests in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or retail preferred.
• Interest in puzzles, games, or Middle Eastern culture is advantageous.
