B2B Marketing Manager

About the role

Arab therapy is seeking a results‑driven B2B Marketing Manager to own and lead its B2B marketing strategy. The role focuses on generating qualified leads, driving business growth, and building a scalable marketing engine for its online therapy platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute end‑to‑end B2B marketing plans, including demand generation, brand awareness, partnerships, events, content, and account‑based marketing.
• Manage multi‑channel lead‑generation campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, email and other B2B acquisition channels.
• Own marketing budgets, forecast lead volumes, monitor KPIs such as CPL, CAC and pipeline contribution, and produce regular performance reports.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to shape value propositions and identify growth opportunities in Jordan, Saudi Arabia and other target markets.
• Identify and manage strategic partnerships, co‑marketing initiatives and industry events to generate qualified business leads.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation or growth marketing, preferably in SaaS or technology‑driven businesses.
• Proven ability to develop and execute lead‑generation strategies that contribute to revenue growth.
• Willingness to travel for business meetings, client engagements and marketing activities across target markets.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn, Meta and Google advertising platforms.
• Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Experience building lead‑generation funnels, landing pages, email nurturing workflows and ABM programs.
• Strong analytical skills for budgeting, forecasting and performance measurement.
