Senior PR and Sales Executive

About the role

Ghabsha Studio is seeking a senior professional to lead B2B sales and public relations efforts for its subscription‑based creative services. This full‑time remote position focuses on identifying prospects, managing leads, and building relationships with decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective B2B clients and manage both outbound and inbound leads.
• Nurture relationships with decision‑makers through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling pitches, proposals, and case studies aligned with the subscription model.
• Maintain structured documentation in a CRM or similar system.

Required profile

• Strong public relations capabilities, including strategy and media relations.
• Excellent communication and writing skills for persuasive B2B messaging.
• Experience in B2B business development, lead generation, and pipeline management, preferably in creative, marketing, or SaaS/subscription services.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships across regions and time zones.
• Comfort working remotely with digital collaboration tools.
• Analytical mindset to interpret performance data and adjust strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in the GCC market or creative services environment is a plus.
