Bell Man – Guest Services

About the role

The Bell Man is the first point of contact for guests at Mövenpick Resort & Residences Aqaba, providing a warm welcome and efficient assistance with luggage and vehicle operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, assist with entering and exiting vehicles, and provide special assistance to children, elderly, and disabled guests.
• Manage luggage handling, loading and unloading items onto bell carts, and ensure accurate counts before vehicle departure.
• Coordinate valet parking, issue tickets, and control traffic flow in hotel driveways safely.
• Provide guests with information on hotel facilities, promotions, and local attractions.
• Collaborate with security and follow all safety protocols, reporting lost‑and‑found items promptly.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service and creating positive experiences.
• Highly organized, reliable, and able to work under pressure while maintaining a professional appearance.
• Physical fitness to lift and transport heavy luggage safely.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative team approach.

Required skills

• Excellent communication in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of hotel operations, facilities, and local attractions in Aqaba.
