Bilingual (English/Arabic) Remote Staff Lawyer – Full‑Time

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time remote Staff Lawyer/Legal Assistant to support our Pre‑Litigation department. The role is ideal for a bilingual English‑Arabic attorney or law graduate who wants to work on personal injury cases for a fast‑growing firm.

Key responsibilities

• Set up claims, track coverage limits and policy details.
• Draft letters of representation, welcome letters, disengagement letters and other client communications using approved templates.
• Order and manage police reports, medical records, bills and medical referrals.
• Generate disbursement sheets and open records requests.
• Relabel and secure client files, maintain clean records.
• Handle a caseload under attorney supervision, providing day‑to‑day support.

Required profile

• Law graduate or current law student.
• Minimum three years of experience in U.S. personal injury law.
• Experience with U.S. law firms is preferred.
• Fully bilingual in English and Arabic (additional language a plus).
• Strong communication, active listening and data‑collection abilities.
• Reliable PC with wired internet connection and noise‑cancelling headset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
