BIM Coordinator

About the role

The BIM Coordinator will lead digital implementation across design, engineering and construction teams, ensuring BIM models meet ISO 19650 standards and project deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and apply ISO 19650 requirements, EIR, BEP and related deliverables.
• Monitor BIM models for coordination, clash detection, and information integrity.
• Chair project coordination meetings and enforce clash resolution processes.
• Recommend and implement enhancements to BIM workflows, tools and automation scripts.
• Provide guidance and troubleshooting for contractors using Navisworks, ACC tools and BIM authoring software.
• Conduct periodic audits of models and digital deliverables for compliance.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• High level of design, construction and operations knowledge across disciplines.
• Experience teaching or training professionals in BIM processes and technologies.
• Membership in professional bodies such as RICS, CIOB, PMI or equivalent.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Autodesk suite: Revit, Navisworks, Civil3D, AutoCAD.
• Experience with Revit add‑ins such as Dynamo, Autodesk Interoperability Tools and DiRoots.
• Advanced knowledge of ISO 19650, openBIM, COBie and related standards.
• Skilled in BIM coordination, clash detection, model auditing and KPI reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
