BIM Structural Modeler

About the role

Nextwo is expanding its Digital Engineering team and seeks an experienced BIM Structural Modeler to support telecom infrastructure, IBS, and digital infrastructure projects. The role involves creating and maintaining detailed structural BIM models and ensuring coordination across multiple disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain structural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Model reinforced concrete, steel elements, monopoles, equipment platforms, shelters, foundations, and steel‑framed enclosures.
• Prepare general arrangement drawings, sections, details, schedules, and construction documentation.
• Create steel connection details and fabrication‑level models.
• Coordinate structural models with Architectural, MEP, ICT, ELV, Telecom, and Civil disciplines.
• Support clash detection and constructability reviews using Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Ensure compliance with ISO 19650, DGCL BIM Standards, and project BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
• Support IFC exports, model validation, and quantity take‑offs.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 3–5 years of BIM modeling experience on structural projects.
• Strong knowledge of steel structures, framing systems, telecom platforms/towers, connection detailing, and fabrication/erection drawings.
• Experience with Saudi giga‑projects or telecom/digital infrastructure developments is a plus.
