Business Analyst – M&A Corporate Finance

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Business Analyst to join its Strategy & Transactions team in Jordan, focusing on Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Finance. You will support senior advisors in delivering financial analysis, valuation, and transaction documentation for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Research industry trends, company-specific information, and financial data using internal databases and tools.
• Assist in building and maintaining financial models to support client decision‑making and negotiations.
• Develop and analyse financial forecasts, applying valuation methodologies such as comparable companies, DCF, and transaction multiples.
• Conduct sensitivity and scenario analyses to evaluate business outcomes.
• Prepare transaction collateral, including teasers and information memoranda.
• Evaluate operational and financial performance, capital structure, and growth prospects of target companies.
