Business Consultant – Market Research & Financial Modeling

About the role

We are a newly established consultancy operating from Amman, Jordan, delivering market research, feasibility studies, financial modeling and managerial advisory services across the GCC. We are building a core team and are looking for motivated professionals to join us at the ground floor.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support the development of comprehensive feasibility studies for clients in various sectors.
• Perform in‑depth financial modeling, including discounted cash flow (DCF), project finance models and company valuations.
• Conduct primary and secondary market research to inform project development and client decisions.
• Prepare detailed reports, proposals and client‑ready presentations.
• Manage project timelines, maintain client relationships and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Support business development by identifying new opportunities in the GCC market.
• For market researchers: gather and analyse data on demographics, market trends and competitive landscapes, and produce actionable insights.
• For administrative assistants: provide comprehensive secretarial support, manage schedules, travel arrangements and maintain filing systems.

Required profile

• Senior Consultant: minimum 5 years in a managerial consulting role, MBA or Master’s in Finance/Economics/Business.
• Consultant: minimum 3 years relevant experience, Bachelor’s degree (MBA advantageous).
• Financial Analyst: strong background in financial modeling and analysis.
• Market Researcher: experience in data collection and analysis.
• Administrative Assistant: proven administrative support experience.
