You will design, build, and optimise scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, maintain data warehouses, and create intuitive dashboards that turn raw data into actionable business strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Structure, optimise and maintain schemas in PostgreSQL and Google BigQuery, ensuring data quality, governance and fast query performance.
• Define and manage event‑tracking specifications for web and mobile using GA4, Mixpanel or Amplitude, and analyse user journeys, funnels, cohort retention and conversion metrics.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards and operational reports in Looker Studio or Power BI, and enable self‑service reporting for product, marketing, finance and operations teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or Data Engineering.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in marketplace or SaaS business models (GMV, ARR, CAC, LTV, churn).
• Proven ability to translate complex data sets into clear business insights for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced SQL querying in PostgreSQL and Google BigQuery.
• ETL/ELT pipeline tools such as dbt, Airflow or native scheduling.
• Event‑tracking instrumentation and analysis (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
• Data visualisation with Looker Studio, Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Python or R for advanced data manipulation and statistical analysis.
