Business Intelligence Specialist

About the role

The Business Intelligence Specialist will work closely with operations teams to translate data into actionable insights that support the MRO’s mission. The role involves designing, implementing and maintaining BI solutions that improve process efficiency and decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements, including automation and data delivery optimisation.
• Develop and maintain business intelligence solutions for the organisation.
• Participate in planning, research, analysis, development and implementation of new or modified applications and processes.
• Analyse complex data sets, present trends to stakeholders and provide BI reports.
• Collaborate with team members for data collection and support the MRO’s maintenance and engineering systems.
• Identify data quality issues and report deficiencies.
• Create and maintain technical documentation covering design, requirements and user manuals.
• Follow up on bugs and support operational plan execution.

Required profile

• B.Sc. degree in engineering or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in engineering, supply chain or production planning, preferably in an aviation environment.
• Accredited BI certificates are a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage time and work independently.
