Business Intelligence Specialist

About the role

The Business Intelligence Specialist works closely with operations departments to develop, test, and refine processes, turning data into actionable insights that drive business value.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements such as automating manual tasks, optimizing data delivery, and redesigning infrastructure for scalability.
• Analyze complex data sets, present trends to stakeholders, and provide BI reports to improve business processes.
• Collaborate with team members for data collection, support MRO maintenance and engineering systems, and handle bug reporting and follow‑up.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, requirements, and user manuals.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, Reporting, or Process Improvement.
• Professional certifications in BI, Data Analytics, Power BI, SQL, or related fields are a plus.
