Business Operations Associate

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and tech‑savvy Business Operations Associate to support our Real Estate Development Operations team across MENA. Based in Amman, you will work with data, systems and cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate reporting, build dashboards and drive operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine data quality checks on real‑estate portfolio and development project data, correcting discrepancies.
• Build and maintain standardized data models, reporting templates and automated dashboards using Google Sheets, Excel and BI tools.
• Lead implementation and adoption of real‑estate/project‑management platforms such as Yardi or Procore.
• Collect, clean and analyze operational data to identify trends, adoption challenges and efficiency opportunities.
• Train users on dashboards, trackers and systems, and design KPI frameworks for cost, schedule, risk and platform adoption.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems or a related analytical field.
• 3‑5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst or a similar data‑driven role.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with strong communication and training abilities.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced Google Sheets and Excel (dashboards, pivot tables, automation, reporting).
• SQL proficiency.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker (preferred).
• Hands‑on experience with real‑estate/construction/project‑management platforms (e.g., Yardi, Procore).
