Butler – Luxury Guest Services

About the role

The Butler will deliver bespoke, high‑touch experiences to guests of St. Regis Amman, acting as the primary luxury ambassador from pre‑arrival through departure. This full‑time, onsite position requires close collaboration with other hotel departments to anticipate and fulfill guest needs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized services to guests throughout their stay, including pre‑arrival arrangements, check‑in, in‑room assistance, and departure.
• Coordinate and supervise Butler Valets to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Work with other hotel teams to verify that all support services meet the Butler program standards.
• Anticipate guest preferences and act proactively to exceed expectations.
• Maintain a safe workplace, adhere to company policies, and uphold professional appearance and communication standards.
• Perform physical duties such as standing, walking, and handling objects up to 50 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of related hospitality experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and perform light manual handling.
