Chef de Partie – Bakery

About the role

Brown Nose Coffee is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead the bakery section of its growing kitchen team. The role involves preparing a variety of baked goods, maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene, and supporting the overall culinary operation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a range of breads, rolls, pastries, and other bakery items.
• Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation across all products.
• Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards in the bakery area.
• Manage inventory of bakery ingredients and coordinate with suppliers.
• Assist in training and supervising junior kitchen staff.
• Keep the bakery workstation clean and organized at all times.

Required profile
