Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Immediate Hire

About the role

Dallah Group is expanding its Finance Department and is looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and a Senior Financial Officer to lead and support its financial operations. The CFO will be responsible for the full financial cycle, strategic reporting, budgeting, cash‑flow management and audit oversight. The Senior Financial Officer will handle day‑to‑day financial tasks, month‑end closing and assist the CFO in delivering accurate financial information.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee complete financial cycle, including GL, AP/AR, budgeting and cash‑flow management.
• Prepare and present financial reports for senior management and external stakeholders.
• Lead internal and external audit processes and ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Support the CFO in strategic financial planning and decision‑making.
• Manage daily financial operations, reconciliations and month‑end close activities.
• Maintain accurate records for car‑rental and fleet‑related accounting activities.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of accounting/finance experience for the CFO role; 3–6 years for the Senior Financial Officer role.
• Previous experience in senior accounting or financial leadership positions within structured organizations.
• Strong leadership abilities and capacity to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Experience in car‑rental, fleet or operational business accounting is an advantage.
