Contract Administrator

About the role

The Contract Administrator will support the day‑to‑day administration and control of contracts and sub‑contracts across a project portfolio. You will ensure that all contractual correspondence, notices, deliverables, variations, claims and related records are accurately maintained and monitored in line with contractual requirements and project procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Support the administration of EPC contracts, sub‑contracts, purchase agreements and other project‑related contractual arrangements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date contract and sub‑contract files, registers, trackers and supporting documentation.
• Monitor contractual obligations, deliverables, milestones, notices, securities, warranties, insurance requirements and expiry dates.
• Assist in preparing and issuing contractual notices and responses within required timeframes.
• Prepare and coordinate routine contractual correspondence, letters, notices and responses for review and approval.
• Maintain correspondence registers and ensure all incoming and outgoing contractual communications are properly recorded.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Business Administration, Commercial Management, Law or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in contract administration, commercial administration, procurement/sub‑contracts or a similar project function.
• Experience on EPC, construction, infrastructure, power, energy or industrial projects is preferred.
• Practical experience with contract correspondence, notices, variations, claims documentation and contract registers.
