Costing Specialist / Senior Specialist – Group

About the role

We are looking for a Costing Specialist (or Senior Specialist) to monitor monthly closing activities across all entities, analyse gross profit and production variances, and provide consolidated cost data for budgeting and forecasting cycles.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and review monthly closing activities, including COGS accounting and gross profit analysis.
• Analyse production and cost variances, under‑applied overhead and support standard overhead rate calculations.
• Validate monthly PURP solution results and ensure accuracy of group financial statements.
• Collaborate with planning teams to maintain consolidated standard cost data for budgeting and forecasting.
• Update and create Power BI reporting templates and dashboards by extracting data from multiple systems.
• Conduct costing audits and perform product cost and profitability calculations at group level.
• Provide guidance and system support to entities and the SAP‑FIEX team on costing‑related projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting.
• 2–5 years of experience in costing and financial reporting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Professional certification such as CMA or CPA is preferred.
