About the role

We are looking for a Creative Content Specialist to join our growing bakery and specialty coffee roastery in Amman. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will craft compelling copy and visual narratives that showcase our artisanal products across digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Write and edit website pages, social media posts, and promotional campaign copy.
• Develop visual and written stories for new product launches and brand initiatives.
• Coordinate content calendars with marketing and operations teams.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and monitor audience engagement.
• Collaborate with baristas, bakers, and management to ensure authentic representation of the brand.

Required profile

• Strong writing and web content creation abilities.
• Experience planning and managing content across multiple channels.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Attention to detail, good time‑management, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• On‑site availability in Amman, Jordan.
