About the role
We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Advisor to represent Zain in Ajloun. You will handle customer inquiries across multiple channels, provide product information, process orders and complaints, and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a large volume of inbound and outbound communications via phone, text, social media and other channels.
- Identify customer needs, investigate issues, resolve complaints and offer appropriate solutions.
- Promote Zain’s products and services, upsell and cross‑sell where applicable.
- Maintain accurate call logs, feedback records and follow company policies and quality standards.
- Stay updated on Zain’s offerings and competitor services through training and self‑learning.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Preferred minimum of 2 years of relevant customer service experience.
- Residency in Ajloun.
Required skills
- Proficiency in handling multi‑channel communications (phone, SMS, social media).
- Strong problem‑solving and complaint resolution abilities.
- Ability to identify sales opportunities and perform upselling/cross‑selling.
