About the role
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Advisor to represent Zain in Al‑Salt. The role involves providing information about products and services, handling orders, addressing complaints, and processing returns across multiple communication channels while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls, text messages, and social‑media interactions in a professional manner.
- Identify customer needs, research issues, resolve complaints, and deliver appropriate solutions.
- Build positive relationships by addressing questions, feedback, and confirmations promptly.
- Identify sales opportunities, upsell and cross‑sell Zain’s product suite whenever possible.
- Stay updated on Zain’s new offers, products, and competitor services through training and self‑learning.
- Promote current and new Zain offers, tailoring recommendations to customer preferences and needs.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Preferred: at least 2 years of relevant customer service experience.
- Resident of Al‑Salt.
