About the role

7 Insights Consultants in Amman is looking for a full-time Call Center Representative. You will deliver high-quality customer support, make sure clients are satisfied and use your strong interpersonal skills to handle inquiries and issues smoothly.

Required profile

Fluency in English is essential.
Previous customer service experience is preferred.
Commitment to customer satisfaction and building strong relationships.
Positive, ethical attitude with a proactive approach.

Required skills

Exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to multitask.
Proficiency in computer systems and software.
Problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure.
