About the role
7 Insights Consultants in Amman is looking for a full-time Call Center Representative. You will deliver high-quality customer support, make sure clients are satisfied and use your strong interpersonal skills to handle inquiries and issues smoothly.
Required profile
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and building strong relationships.
- Positive, ethical attitude with a proactive approach.

- Proficiency in computer systems and software.
