Data Analyst

About the role

Join Unifonic’s Revenue Operations team to turn revenue data into actionable insights that drive growth and strategic decisions across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and structure revenue‑related data such as sales, renewals, churn and ARPU.
• Analyze trends, seasonality and anomalies to identify best practices and performance gaps.
• Build dashboards and reports for sales, finance and operations to monitor key performance indicators.
• Provide regular analysis of revenue performance versus forecast, pipeline conversion and gap analysis.
• Support forecasting efforts by supplying inputs, validating models and refining assumptions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in data analysis, revenue operations or business analytics, preferably in SaaS or CPaaS.
• Strong statistical and quantitative reasoning with a solid understanding of revenue, pipeline and sales metrics.
• Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail and a proactive, curious attitude.

Required skills

• Excel for data manipulation.
• Tableau or other business intelligence tools.
