Data Analyst - Retail

About the role

The Data Analyst will support the retail and e‑commerce business by turning large data sets into actionable insights. Working from Amman, you will collaborate with stakeholders to design reports and dashboards that drive decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyse large datasets from multiple business sources.
• Develop dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools.
• Analyse customer behaviour, sales performance and operational KPIs.
• Create data visualisations to communicate findings.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to define reporting requirements.
• Automate reporting processes and improve efficiency.
• Perform trend analysis and provide actionable business insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity and consistency across systems.
• Support predictive analytics and business planning initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in retail or e‑commerce is a strong advantage.
