Digital Marketing & Sales Specialist (On-site, Amman)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing & Sales Specialist to join Aşkım Cosmetics in Amman. You will lead integrated marketing campaigns, manage social media, and drive sales targets while leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and schedule social media content that reflects the brand identity.
• Design and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper) to generate ad copy, visuals and automate audience targeting.
• Monitor campaign performance with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and recommend optimizations.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, build relationships with customers, distributors and retail partners.
• Forecast customer behavior and identify sales opportunities using AI‑driven analytics.
• Oversee day‑to‑day marketing and sales operations, ensuring smooth workflow and budget compliance.
• Prepare regular performance reports for management, highlighting KPIs and improvement plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Background in direct B2B or B2C sales, preferably within the beauty or personal‑care sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive data‑based decisions.
