Digital Product Owner / Manager

About the role

The Digital Product Owner/Manager will drive the strategy and vision for our digital products, guiding them from concept through launch. You will work closely with designers, developers, and research teams to deliver best‑in‑class solutions for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain product roadmaps, backlogs, and user stories for multiple digital products.
• Lead requirements discovery, solution design, feature development, and user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with tribe leads and cross‑functional teams to align on capabilities, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct user research, market analysis, and usability studies to inform product decisions.
• Monitor product performance, iterate based on data, and support product marketing positioning.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in digital product management or a similar role.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, and negotiation abilities.
• Passion for building customer‑focused products and solving business problems.
