Dispatcher – US Locksmith & Home Services (Amman)

About the role

Join a US‑facing dispatch operations centre located in Amman, providing locksmith and home‑service support across the United States. As the first voice customers hear when they are locked out, you will blend customer service, sales, and coordination to ensure rapid resolution of each request.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, texts and web leads from US customers.
• Identify the required service and collect accurate job details.
• Enter and submit jobs into the dispatch system.
• Dispatch field technicians and monitor jobs through to completion.
• Coordinate with technicians on payments, parts, cancellations and reschedules.
• Document every call accurately.

Required profile

• Fluent, confident English with a US‑accent‑neutral delivery.
• Strong communication and sales instinct to convert calls into booked jobs.
• Fast, accurate data entry while speaking.
• Willingness to work US hours, including shifts that run past midnight.
• Call‑center or customer‑service experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Required skills

What we offer

• Starting salary of 650 JOD per month on morning shift.
• Additional 50 JOD for any shift running past 12:00 AM.
• Bonus of 100 JOD or more after successful 3‑month probation.
• Social security registration after probation.
• Paid two‑week training program before handling calls independently.
• 8‑hour onsite shifts in Amman.
• No prior locksmith knowledge required – full training provided.
