About the role
The Door Attendant, also known as a Guest Arrival Expert, creates memorable first and last impressions for hotel guests in Amman. You will guide guests through arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of guest services during arrival and departure.
- Process operational needs, respond to guest requests, and complete daily reports.
- Share local area highlights and recommendations with guests.
- Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies and procedures.
- Perform physical duties such as standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lb unaided, over 75 lb with assistance), and moving objects as required.
- Execute other reasonable duties as requested by management.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
