Electrical Engineer – Facility Maintenance (Mall)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to oversee the operation and maintenance of all electrical systems within a large shopping mall. The role involves supervising maintenance activities, implementing preventive maintenance plans, and ensuring systems run efficiently and cost‑effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance of all mall electrical systems.
• Develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance schedules.
• Identify and recommend improvements to increase system efficiency.
• Evaluate and recommend optimal suppliers for electrical equipment and devices.
• Design, review, and approve electrical drawings and material submittals from tenants.
• Coordinate and follow up on on‑site electrical construction works.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 4–6 years of experience in facility management or similar environments.
• Strong command of English.
• Knowledge of Jordanian MEP codes, fit‑out projects, and construction practices.
• Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD plans.
• Experience in fault tracking and preparing design review reports.
