Employee Relations Team Leader

About the role

The Employee Relations Team Leader will lead and support employee relations activities across the organization in Amman, Jordan. The role ensures fair and consistent application of HR policies, labor laws and company procedures while promoting a positive work environment and employee satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support employee relations programs, policies and procedures.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary cases, misconduct investigations and employee separations.
• Provide advice and guidance to managers and HR teams on employee relations matters.
• Monitor employee attendance, analyse payroll attendance reports and issue warnings in line with company policies.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of employee records throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Communicate employee action letters such as promotions, salary adjustments and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, HSE and quality management requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of overall experience, including at least 5 years in employee relations roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in commerce or business administration.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and employee relations best practices.
• Expertise in conflict resolution, mediation, investigations and grievance management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making capabilities.

Required skills

• SAP HR / ERP functional knowledge.
