Endpoint Systems Administrator

About the role

The Endpoint Systems Administrator (Enterprise Mobility Engineer) will design, implement and maintain Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions across Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS and Android platforms. Working under the Technical Manager, the role ensures secure, compliant device fleets for the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and support MDM environments (Intune, Mosyle) and manage device lifecycle, including application deployment, configuration profiles, compliance policies and remediation scripts.
• Automate provisioning, enforce security baselines, troubleshoot advanced MDM issues and maintain audit‑ready documentation for Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS and Android devices.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in IT support/helpdesk or service desk roles.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft Defender, Active Directory and Group Policy.

Required skills

• Experience managing endpoints and policies with Microsoft Intune.
• Hands‑on experience with Mosyle for macOS, iOS/iPadOS and Android device management.
• PowerShell and/or Bash scripting abilities.
• Familiarity with Apple Business Manager, Apple School Manager and related certificates/tokens.
