Enterprise Analytics & Planning Supervisor

About the role

This role supervises two senior officers (CVM Senior Officer and Enterprise Analytics & Planning Senior Officer) and supports the planning and profitability of the business through pricing, business cases, post-evaluations and performance monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, coach and develop the two senior officers, assigning tasks, setting priorities and KPIs, reviewing deliverables and evaluating performance.
• Build business cases and feasibility studies to assess marketing ideas from commercial and financial perspectives.
• Conduct post-evaluations of approved marketing activities, comparing actuals with assumptions and recommending improvements.
• Prepare periodic dashboards and reports on the segment's main KPIs so declines can be spotted early.
• Review product positioning against competitors and channel reactions, and monitor product profitability with corrective recommendations.
• Analyse the customer base and behaviour across periods and segments, and recommend actions to grow a profitable business.
• Participate in automating operational work.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance or a related field.
• 5+ years of advanced experience in pricing and planning, management accounting and business performance analysis, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or team-lead role.

Required skills

• Good command of data manipulation and analysis.
• Basic knowledge of business and financial modelling concepts.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office.
• Power BI, MS Excel and MS Access (essential).
• Desirable: Hyperion, Altyrex, PowerPivot, AI analytics tools, and certifications such as CMA, MBA Finance for Non-Finance, Data Analytics and Visualization.
