Enterprise Resources Planning Specialist

About the role

Kasselsoft is implementing a full end‑to‑end ERP solution for a coffee and beverage brand in Saudi Arabia. The role is based in Amman and will lead the functional design, configuration and rollout of the system across multiple retail and production sites.

Key responsibilities

• Own the complete implementation cycle from requirements workshops to go‑live and post‑implementation support.
• Design and configure accounting, inventory, POS and manufacturing processes to meet Saudi regulatory and business needs.
• Plan and manage phased roll‑out across all branches, including data migration, user training (Arabic) and documentation.
• Ensure ZATCA e‑invoicing compliance, VAT setup and related tax reporting.
• Coordinate with the development team to translate functional specifications into system customisations.

Required profile

• Based in Amman with at least 2 years of ERP implementation experience.
• Proven full‑cycle implementation of ERPNext (preferred) or Odoo.
• Hands‑on experience with multi‑branch POS and retail/F&B operations.
• Strong functional knowledge of Accounting, Inventory and Manufacturing modules.
• Arabic and English proficiency, with willingness to travel to Saudi Arabia as needed.
